Business Intelligence, Human Resources, collaborative CRM, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Content Management, Liquidity planning, or Business Process Management: The development and expansion of the ERP suites into comprehensive enterprise solutions continues and is supported by an increasingly wide range of services and models. Thus, the range of services is now often supplemented by SaaS solutions and some modules or occasionally the entire system have been optimised for mobile use. To increase the efficiency and profitability of individual processes and business units and to increase the ROI of the system operation, the systems have been enhanced by analytical cockpits and process modeling tools.

The CRM Trend Report 2010 summarizes the results of a nationwide survey on CRM and Service Management Solutions in German medium-sized enterprises. The outcomes base upon interviews with 125 medium-sized and large-scaled companies offering valuable clues to requirements, application types, strategic aims in after-sales services, reasons for system changes, usability of current CRM investments or interest in online portals regarding sales and services.
