As a full service consulting company, we offer comprehensive support throughout the important stages of your IT project. We can analyse your business processes and within a few days can demonstrate to you where your hidden potentials lie.

Based on your requirements, we explore the supplier market, determine the expected investment volume and the Return of Investment.

In Interviews we record/map the essential requirements for the solution, create an individual specification sheet based on our proven templates, explore the market in a structured manner and analytically reduce the potential solutions to a maximum of ten vendors. With these vendors we carry out preliminary talks, evaluate the statements to your specification catalogue and during a discussion with you, recommend the vendor pool for a size which is suited to start presenting (approx. three vendors). Furthermore, we accompany you during vendor and product presentations (presentation arrangements, moderation, evaluation matrix etc.) and support you with making a final decision as well as contract negotiations.

Optionally, we can accompany you during project implementation and with Proof of Concept creation.
